Tour Summary/ Features: This 3 day safari takes you through Southern Kenya towards the Amboseli National Park, which lies in the shadows of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. Amboseli is known for its rich wildlife, particularly its prolific elephant population. This Kenya Safari will be at Amboseli National Park which is Kenya’s international biosphere reserve. Amboseli in Masai language means “place of water” and contemporary Maasai people’s culture and indigenous lifestyle. The park has an endless supply of water which is filtered through thousands of meters of volcanic rock from mount Kilimanjaro. Vast herds of elephant, zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, impala and leopards are the main attraction as well as a variety of water fowls like pelican, Egyptian goose. Mount Kilimanjaro forms the backdrop of this game sanctuary.

Depart Nairobi at 07:30am and drive south through the vast Maasai country, to Amboseli national park. Lunch is served on arrival followed by afternoon game viewing drives to see large herds of Elephant, as well as Giraffe, Lion and many more, with Mount Kilimanjaro (Africa's highest peak) providing a beautiful background.
After breakfast proceed for full day game viewing drives, with Mount Kilimanjaro offering and magnificent background good photographic scenery with herds of elephants and other big animals and birds on the background. Full day game viewing to see the animals which include, black rhino, lion, buffalo, gazelle, cheetah, wildebeest, hyena, jackal, monkey, Masai giraffe, zebra and baboon. Amboseli has a large number of Elephants and many different species of birds.
Early morning game viewing and then return to the camp for breakfast. After breakfast drive back to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon. You will then be dropped back to your town hotel or the airport. Meal plan: {L, D}
